Check-In & Reservation Details
- The person checking in must present a photo ID that matches the name on the reservation.
- Check-in begins at 4 PM. Check-out is 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and availability. 12PM check-out is no cost, 1PM check-out is $50, and 3PM check-out will be charged a full night's stay. Early check-in is $50 and timing is subject to availability.
- All guests must be listed on the reservation to receive waterpark access.
- Children under 2 stay free but still need to be added to the reservation. Cribs available upon request.

Waterpark & Resort Details
- Waterpark access begins at 12 PM on check-in day and lasts through close on check-out day.
- Suites are designed for maximum occupancy. No rollaway beds are available, but each couch includes a pull-out bed.
- Towels are provided for resort guests only. Please bring your own towel for day passes.
- No outside food or drinks are allowed inside the waterparks.
- Dress codes apply at restaurants such as Smokehouse, Chido, and Jack Rabbit. Shirts and shoes are required, and swimwear isn’t permitted.

Wristbands & Payment Details
- The physical credit card used must be present—no tapping, no virtual wallets.
- A $200 incidental hold will be placed on your card at check-in. This amount will be refunded after your stay unless used for purchases throughout the resort.
- There’s a daily resort fee of $44.99 per guest.
- Your wristband is your room key, wallet, and waterpark access pass. The QR code is for waterpark entry.
- Load resort credits directly onto your wristband—just ask the front desk.
- Add OKANARAMA credits to your wristband by following directions here.
- We’re a cashless resort. Need to convert cash? Use the cash-to-credit ATM in the lobby or outside the indoor waterpark.
