Reservation & Check-In Details

The person checking in must present a photo ID that matches the name on the reservation.
Check-in begins at 4 PM. Check-out is 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee upon request and subject to availability.
All guests must be listed on the reservation to receive waterpark access.
Children under 2 stay free but still need to be added to the reservation. Cribs available upon request.

Wristbands & Payment Details

The physical credit card used must be present—no tapping, no virtual wallets.
A $200 incidental hold will be placed on your card at check-in. This amount will be refunded after your stay unless used for purchases throughout the resort.
There’s a daily resort fee of $44.99 per room.
Your wristband is your room key, wallet, and waterpark access pass.
Load resort credits directly onto your wristband—just ask the front desk.
Add OKANARAMA credits to your wristband by following directions here.
We’re a cashless resort. Need to convert cash? Use the cash-to-credit ATM in the lobby or outside the indoor waterpark.

Waterpark & Resort Details

Waterpark access begins at 12 PM on day of check-in and lasts through close on day of check-out.
Suites are designed for maximum occupancy. No rollaway beds are available, but each suite includes one to two pull-out sofas.
Towels are provided for resort guests only. For day pass holders, please bring your own towels.
No outside food or drinks are allowed inside the waterparks.
Dress codes apply at restaurants. Shirts and shoes are required, and swimwear isn’t permitted.

Outdoor waterpark hours are 10 AM - 7 PM.
Indoor waterpark hours are 10 AM - 9 PM.
