Gift cards may be redeemed for eligible goods and services throughout the property and must be presented at the time of use. They are not refundable, replaceable if lost or stolen, or redeemable for cash, and cannot be used on the day of purchase or applied to existing reservations. Gift cards also cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards or applied to group bookings, event deposits, or third-party reservations unless approved in advance. Any remaining balance will stay on the card for future use, and use of the card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
