OKANA WELCOMES CELEBRITY CHEF CHRISTINA WILSON

A native of Phillipsburg, New Jersey, Chef Wilson honed her craft in several of Philadelphia’s acclaimed restaurants before competing on Season 10 of Hell’s Kitchen in 2012, where she emerged as the winner. Her victory earned her the coveted position of Executive Chef at Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas.

Over the next twelve years, Chef Wilson rose through the ranks of Gordon Ramsay North America, ultimately serving as Vice President of Culinary. In that role, she helped lead the development and opening of more than two dozen restaurants across the United States and internationally. Among those openings was Ramsay’s Kitchen at Chisholm Creek, where she first discovered Oklahoma City and quickly developed a deep appreciation for its people, culture, and growing culinary scene.

Chef Wilson also returned to television as the Red Team Sous Chef on Hell’s Kitchen, appearing alongside Chef Gordon Ramsay for seven seasons. Today, she is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Kid Sister Kitchen, a hospitality consulting firm specializing in restaurant training, and expansion.
