OKANAFest is taking over OKANA with standout food, flowing drinks, live entertainment and more than 30 sampling activations across the resort. This isn’t your typical tasting event, it’s a full-sensory celebration where aerial bartenders serve drinks from above, contortionists and silk aerialists command your attention, stilt walkers roam the crowd and live bands and DJs keep the energy going.

The experience features Hell’s Kitchen champion Chef Christina Wilson, including a live cooking demo, wine pairing, Q&A and VIP meet-and-greet opportunities. Joining her is longtime Hell’s Kitchen maître d’ Marino Monferrato as your MC, bringing his signature charm to chef introductions, giveaways and the live Q&A. OKANA WELCOMES CELEBRITY CHEF CHRISTINA WILSON

Chef Wilson honed her craft in several of Philadelphia’s acclaimed restaurants before competing on Season 10 of Hell’s Kitchen in 2012, where she emerged as the winner. Her victory earned her the coveted position of Executive Chef at Gordon Ramsay Steak at Paris Las Vegas. Chef Wilson also returned to television as the Red Team Sous Chef on Hell’s Kitchen, appearing alongside Chef Gordon Ramsay for seven seasons. Today, she is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Kid Sister Kitchen, a hospitality consulting firm specializing in restaurant training, and expansion.

You know him from Hell’s Kitchen. Now, experience his signature charm in person as longtime maître d’ Marino Monferrato takes the mic as your OKANAFest MC on October 17.

With a career spanning some of the world’s finest restaurants, Marino brings hospitality expertise and plenty of personality to the celebration. He’ll welcome guests, introduce our celebrity chef, host giveaways and moderate the live Chef Q&A, all while reuniting with Hell’s Kitchen Season 10 winner Chef Christina Wilson.

OKANA’s outlets and culinary team are bringing their best to the festival with fresh lobster rolls, oysters shucked to order, a roaming caviar trolley, risotto served from Parmesan wheels and exclusive bites created for the occasion.

Flair bartenders and mixologists will turn every pour into part of the show, while more than 30 beverage and culinary partners offer samples and interactive experiences throughout the resort.

GAME DAY MEETS OKANAFEST

When the University of Oklahoma takes on Kentucky, there’s no need to choose between the festival and the game. At OKANAFest, you get both.

Catch the action with the game on more than 35 indoor and outdoor screens on the OKANA Boardwalk while enjoying a Chevy truck tailgate experience, outdoor beer garden and game-day food and drinks.

Game time and broadcast availability are subject to the official football schedule.

When OKANAFest ends, the night is only getting started. Festival guests, and anyone else ready to join the fun, are invited to the free Boardwalk Block Party featuring a live DJ, Chevy tailgate experience, outdoor beer garden, virtual sporting bay samplings — including baseball at Curveball Kitchen, darts at Bullseye and more at Smokehouse Social — featured drink specials, college football and a live fire show.
