The longtime maître d’ of Hell’s Kitchen is joining OKANAFest on Saturday, October 17, as the event’s MC, bringing his signature personality and hospitality expertise to Oklahoma’s first resort-wide Food, Wine & Entertainment Festival.
And yes—a Hell’s Kitchen reunion is officially on the menu.

A familiar face to Hell’s Kitchen fans since 2013, Marino has built a career that goes far beyond television.
Originally from Torino in northern Italy’s Piemonte wine region, he began his hospitality career at just 17, training under renowned chef Gualtiero Marchesi at his three-Michelin-star restaurant. His work has since taken him through London, France, San Francisco, Las Vegas and Los Angeles, with roles at celebrated destinations including Wolfgang Puck’s CUT, Eataly and Massimo Bottura’s Gucci Osteria.
His approach? Great hospitality should feel warm, welcoming and full of personality. If you’ve watched him on Hell’s Kitchen, you already know he delivers.

At OKANAFest, Marino will keep the energy going throughout the day, welcoming guests, introducing the chefs, hosting giveaways and moderating the live Celebrity Chef Q&A.
He’ll also reunite with Chef Christina Wilson, Hell’s Kitchen Season 10 winner and longtime Gordon Ramsay collaborator. Christina will lead a live culinary demonstration, wine pairing and Q&A, giving festival guests a chance to watch her in action and hear directly from her—with Marino guiding the conversation.
OKANA’s own Chef Wyatt Rogers will also take the stage for a live culinary demonstration, adding another delicious reason to gather around.
